Cognitive Coaching provides participants with tools that support educators' approaches to planning and reflecting on their practice.
Cognitive Coaching Seminars® is a research-based model that capitalizes upon enhancing educators’ cognitive processes. The Cognitive Coaching Seminars® In Days 5–8, participants will learn the process and structure of the Problem-Resolving Map and develop greater acuity for the skills of effective coaching. They will also recognize the influence of cognitive style, filters of perception and belief systems on their own and their coach's thinking. To this end, participants will learn skills to invite cognitive shift in the coach, all the while listening for the coach's States of Mind. You must complete Days 1-4 before continuing with Days 5-8.
Certificates are issued after all 8 days are completed.
