Participants in The Program for Aspiring Leaders and Managers in Education (PALME) and The Program for Effective Teaching and Learning (PETAL) have spent the last six months attending courses of personalized innovative, data-informed decision-making and reflection courses to work on continuous improvement on a focus of practice. On 27 March 2021, they presented their learning journeys to peers and school leaders from across Qatar to receive feedback and consider their next steps.
