25 Professional Learning Scholarship Opportunities

 

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Qatar Foundation, EDI offered 25 educator scholarship opportunities in our personalized professional learning programs for non-QF educators working in Qatar.

We welcomed applications for The Program for Aspiring Leaders and Managers in Education (PALME) from current and aspiring leaders who are responsible for leading adults in teams and current classroom practitioners for our Program for Effective Teaching and Learning (PETAL).

These programs are designed for leaders and classroom practitioners who are interested in engaging in continuous improvement to help them inquire, lead learning and improve student outcomes in schools.

These programs offer participants:
  • 60 hours of intensive, collaborative, data-informed and action-focused engagements.
  • One to one coaching.
  • Learning in Arabic or English.
  • An opportunity to develop and present an e-portfolio.
  • Synchronous and asynchronous learning.
To mark the final session for PETAL and PALME in the academic year 2020/21, EDI would like to announce some of the scholarship winners and celebrate their achievement this year.
