Ignite students’ engagement in learning the English language. ELL (English Language Learners) teacher training equips educators with specialized knowledge and instructional strategies needed to effectively support students who are learning English as an additional language. This comprehensive training provides educators with the tools to create linguistically rich classrooms, promote language acquisition, and foster the academic success of their ELL students. Educators attending will discover new strategies, assessments, and tools, to build vocabulary and build background knowledge using realia, distinguish language acquisition vs. learning disability through analyzing assessment data, and more will support educators in weaving practical application and pedagogy in the classroom for all ELL students to support multicultural, multilingual voices of students in QF Schools.
