Are you responsible for leading the professional learning and growth of your colleagues?
Take your leadership to the next level by developing your skills and knowledge of how to facilitate your colleagues' learning through a variety of adult learning designs. This module is designed asynchronously to help you explore adult learning theories, learn about a variety of professional learning designs for planning impactful learning experiences, and incorporate habits of mind and characteristics of change theory when driving adult learning. After completing the module, you will join three face-to-face sessions, during which you will link the theories into practice.
