Rasekh Initiative Training Packages
The Rasekh Initiative Training Packages are structured professional learning programs designed to support schools in implementing the Rasekh Educational Framework across Early Years, Primary, and Preparatory stages. They translate educational principles into practical classroom strategies that enhance teaching, learning, and student engagement.
Through a progressive model (L0–L2), sustained coaching, and stage-based pathways, educators develop the skills to design inquiry-based, bilingual, and context-driven learning experiences that are relevant to students' lives and local context.
These training packages focus on moving from foundational language development to deeper learning outcomes, including student agency, critical thinking, and real-world application.

Action Research to Improve Learning
Athar is a professional learning program that improves teaching and student outcomes through action research and evidence-based inquiry. Participants work individually or in teams to investigate classroom challenges through a structured cycle of data collection, analysis, intervention, and evaluation. Supported by coaching and reflection, it builds research capacity and supports continuous improvement in teaching and learning.

The Miras Program immerses educators and school counsellors working in pre-university education across Qatar Foundation in leading organizations across Qatar, offering first-hand exposure to the people, practices and capabilities shaping today’s world of work. Working alongside experts across diverse sectors, participants gain an insider’s perspective on emerging practices, professional skills and real-world challenges at the forefront of their fields. They return to school with new knowledge, fresh perspectives and meaningful professional networks, translating their experience into stronger teaching and learning practices, more relevant curricula and richer opportunities for students to explore their futures.

Miras Program
STEM.Org
STEM.Org Certified™ is a globally recognized professional certification for K–12 educators, designed to strengthen STEM teaching through evidence-based practices such as inquiry-based learning, project-based learning, technology integration, and STEM lesson design.
Delivered in a flexible, self-paced online format (approximately 25 hours), the program culminates in the submission of a 50-minute STEM lesson for review. Upon successful completion, participants earn a blockchain-verified digital credential.
As a regional partner of STEM.org and holder of the STEM.org Accredited™ Educational Experience Trustmark, EDI is authorized to offer this certification to educators across the region.
