ورش عمل البكالوريا الدولية يزوِّد معهد التطوير التربوي وبالتعاون الوثيق مع منظمة البكالوريا الدّولية المدارس في قطر، ومنطقة الشَّرق الأوسط بخبرات تعليميّة مهنية مؤثرة تؤدِّي إلى تقديم شهادة صادرة عن منظمة البكالوريا الدّولية. تخلق حلقات العمل تجارب تحويلية للمعلمين الدَّوليين. قادة ورش عمل البكالوريا الدولية ذوو المهارات العالية يدعون المشاركين إلى تبني تحوّل عقلي من شأنه أنْ يُسهِّل تعلُّم طلابهم. تساعد ورش عمل البكالوريا الدّولية للتطوير المهني المعلمين على تطوير فهم أعمق لما يعنيه أن تكون معلمًا ذا تفكير دولي وفعَّال يؤمن معهد التطوير التربوي أنَّ التطوير المهني يجب أن يكون مستمرًّا؛ لضمان الاستمرار في تحسين خبرات التعلُّم، والارتقاء بنتائج الطلاب جميعهم. |
